Roger is the Founder and Managing Director of Belegaer Capital, where he leads the firm’s search strategy, acquisition execution, and post-acquisition value creation. An operator-investor with over 15 years of executive leadership, Roger operates at the intersection of search fund discipline, C-level revenue strategy, and operational execution.
Prior to founding Belegaer Capital, Roger served as a Fractional CMO and CRO to over 100 global companies across B2B SaaS, PE/VC-backed portfolio businesses, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Experience
Throughout his career, Roger has built AI-native RevOps infrastructure and account-based GTM engines that have driven over $500M–$1.8B in pipeline and ARR impact. He has managed more than $15M in monthly ad spend across 3,000+ growth campaigns globally, engineering performance systems that consistently deliver 5–12x ROI while cutting ad waste by up to 50%.
Roger holds an MBA from the Ateneo de Manila University.
