Belegaer Capital isn’t a traditional private equity firm. We’re operator-investors who acquire and grow enduring businesses through a modern, hands-on model that blends fundless sponsorship, search fund principles, and deep operational leadership.
We specialize in acquiring companies with $1M–$10M in EBITDA — businesses often overlooked by institutional capital. Not because they’re underperforming, but because they don’t fit the spreadsheet mold. We bring something different: executional firepower, go-to-market expertise, and a CMO-led lens focused on sustainable, compounding growth.
The name "Belegaer" — drawn from the vast seas of Tolkien’s world — reflects our values: depth, resilience, and the courage to navigate where others won’t.

I left high school early, entered college ahead of the curve, and skipped the ceremonies. No toga—just a deep bias for action. While others followed prescribed tracks, I built mine by moving fast, failing forward, and learning through results.
By the time I earned my MBA from Ateneo de Manila University, I had already scaled global accounts, managed $15M+ in monthly ad spend, and led 3,000+ campaigns across five continents. My experience spans 100+ companies—not from theory, but from real-world execution.
Today, I apply that same drive and discipline to acquisitions. I’m not building a portfolio—I’m creating lasting value through empathy, speed, and inside-out growth.
